Within the lead-up to the second Summit for Democracy, the Brookings Establishment will host a webinar to mark the discharge of a civil society-led Declaration of Democratic Rules. The declaration—coordinated by Freedom Home, the George W. Bush Institute, and the McCain Institute—consists of the contributions of 14 cohorts established in the course of the “12 months of Motion” following the primary Summit for Democracy in December 2021. The occasion will study advance these ideas and sort out the world’s biggest corruption, democracy, and safety challenges.
